I was wondering if when we submit the Original Submission, do we include the original signed copies of I-129F, G-325A, etc for this, OR do we wait until she'll go for her interview for her to have the originals in hand?

Basically should the original packet have the originals of the primary forms, or should copies be sent?

Your I-129F, G-325As and letters of intent should all be original signatures. Copies of all supporting documentation otherwise.

Your renewed letters of intent for interview should also be original signed. Original birth cert, police certs and anything else she needs to provide herself at interview, with ready copies, should be taken to the interview.

Timeline Summary:

K-1/K-2 NOA1 - POE: 9 February - 9 July 2010

Married: 17 July 2010

ROC mailed - approved: 14 February - 18 June 2013

Citizenship mailed - ceremony: 9 February - 7 June 2017

Ok, so originals there.

What about my Birth Certificate? Make a copy of that for submission and then send the original to her to have ready for the interview?

Yep, don't send them original birth certificates and such. You will not get them back. Always make copies and have originals for backup at the interview.

And follow ALL the instructions. Make a copy of BOTH sides of your birth certificate, front and back even if the back is blank like mine is.
