Question about I-130 for both Parent!!

I filed both my parent at the same time in Sep 2009. My Mom's case was approved yesterday but my Dad's case is still at intial review! So they will have differences in the process at NVC right ? My question is what I gonna do to have one interview for my parent ,not seperate interviews because my parent will have difference steps at NVC. I called USCIS today to tell them about my problem , the operator said that they could not do anything except sending some notices to the adjustdicator for my dad's case. Is there any idea?

The easiest way would be to take your time with your mom's case at the NVC. If they request a payment, don't pay it until days before the deadline. Same thing with whatever forms they request. That'll give you some time until they receive your father's approved petition from the USCIS which should be any day now.

I think she has already paid everything that is why the case is approved. What you should do is call NVC and ask them to have your mom's petition on hold while your father's case is being reviewd .Tell them the reason why you want to do this. I have here in VJ that this happened to her/him and NVC granted her request.

Postpone my mom's case is supposed to be a good way ! Thanks for your ideas T_T Hope that my dad case gonna be approved soon so i could do it easier.

According to her timeline, the petition was approved and is not at the NVC, so nothing has been paid yet. There is still plenty of time before anything is completed by the NVC.
