If you haven't piled up LOTS of evidence of you guys having a bonafide marriage then start NOW.

Won't help much right away tho.

Bank accounts, wills, life insurance, more trips with LOTS of pictures of you, him, friends and family.

More daily communication records such as daily phone call records plus emails and chats.

Make a trip to see him ASAP.

Praying may make you feel better but actions count more.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Whats Your brothers relation to your Husband for him to think that? Did you bring wedding pictures, emails, call log, ect? Im very sorry this happened to you i hate that they assume things.

03/25/2010: Called NVC .. INTERVIEW May 27 @ 7:45!! Woot Woot

05/27/2010: Approved at the interview, but put on AP afterwards :(

06/27/2010: Really missing my Hubby :*(

07/29/2010: Visa Issued!! AP is OVER!!

07/31/2010: Visa in hand!!! Thank you GOD!

09/01/2010: POE JFK
