Certificate of Citizenship information in regards to I-129F and G-325A question

Hi everyone,

I'm a naturalized U.S. citizen (naturalized through my parents and have a Certificate of Citizenship) and I'm currently working through filling out the I-129F and G-325A forms and ran into a little bit of confusion. For I-129F, Question #10, I've attached an image that should help explain things a bit better.

Referring to the image:

#1 - Which certificate number does this refer to?

#2 - My assumption is that I select 'Yes' in my case?

#3 - My assumption is that this number is the number at the topmost right corner of the certificate?

For form G-325A (and I-129F), there's mention of an 'A#'. Since I have a Certificate of Citizenship, do I have an A#? On my certificate, there's an 'INS Registration No.' right below the red number at the topmost corner of the certificate.

I hope I was able to explain things clearly; there seems to be quite a number of things that can be confused easily with these forms.

After staring at the I-129F form a bit more, it would seem that in my case it's not necessary to have 'Naturalization' checked; the layout is a bit confusing.

I am a naturalized citizen too my I-129F and G-325A where approved. You are correct to put yes and give certificate number that is in the top right corner of your naturalation certificate. On the G-325A in the file Number Box that has a A in it I typed NONE and it passed.

Thanks for the information! I obtained my citizenship through my parents ... but I'm not sure if this is 'naturalization' or not ...

I received mine through my father he was in the military and my mother was German My Certificate is A Certification of Report of Birth of a US Citizen. Certificate was from Department of State. Well guess we may have different documents.
