I sent the I 129 in 10/20/09 received NOA 1 on 10/23/09 since that time I have heard nothing its been almost 4 months. I just keep waiting I guess? what I read here is it doesn't do any good call? So tell me what is there left?

Looking at your timeline it looks like you are still under the 5 month USCIS posted processing time, so unfortunately you really can't do much at this point except wait. The good news is that VSC seems to be averaging about 100 or so days for the I-129F approval so your NOA2 should be coming any time now.
