can anyone please tell me if there a defferent between court and prison records and police record in Morocco.

if so do I need them both of them and where can I get them from?

You get these from the city you live in. There is a police (background check) and a prison (checking if you have been in prison.)

Your local police department can help you with these and answer your questions.

Your court record is your fiche anthropometrique which can be obtained from your family court system in Morocco, you police record needs to be obtained from the cities you have lived in. You just need to go to the police station for that.

we are now in the process of cr1 visa first they ask about court record but when our peper be in the nvc they ask us to send the fiche ANTHROPOMETRIQUE i get it from the central police station or as we say WILAYA

for court record i went to court u ask about that u need to bring certificate of birth also copie of u ID fee of 20 DH they will ask u to come back after 2 or 3 days then they will give you

for the fiche Anthropometrique u went to police station they will ask about copie of u id also fee of 60 DH and come back after 3 or 4 days
