Thanks for the help!

It's first time when we sent the documents. So,we have understood that it is OK if sent all of them, without waiting for I-130,but in the same packege.I am right?

I am reading right now the instuction for the form I-485,but can not find that they need to be sent together. I only see the addresses there.

See post#3. There is only 1 way you can have the I-130 be concurrent with the I-485 and that is to have them in the same package. If you send in the I-485 without the I-130 it will be rejected. If you send in the I-485 with an approved I-130 it isn't concurrent.

When filing the I-130 concurrently, ignore the mailing instructions for the I-130.

If this isn't enough proof for you (the concurrent filing instructions for the I-485 + the guide here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide2 ) then you have 2 choices:

1. Wait for an approved I-130 to submit the I-485.

2. Hire an immigration attorney to tell you the same thing.
