Or do you prefer the reality that a home purchased outright in Houston, would only purchase a third of a house in Melbourne.

Liverpool is my fav futbol team, also. So much, in fact, that I set up a biz there in Liverpool about 6 years ago, when the technology park got revamped. I'm usually in country long enough to catch at least 5 games.

If you are 'looking at colleges', though - Rice University is right up there - trumps many of the Ivy League schools on the East Coast, on many 'measurable' things. Not all, but Many.

100 in the World? hmmmmm which stats are we gonna use to slice and dice this one? Or more importantly, WHOSE stats?
