I used to buy exclusive AMD when they first had introduced hypertransport technology. But when Intel did hyperthreading, and supported triple channel memory it is far superior than AMD.

Windows does a 1:1 User thread mapping to kernal threads. Since Intel can do two threads per core, it goes to 8 threads per quad core. Whereas the AMD does only 1 thread per core. Lets see what the hexacores are capable of.

What I like about my 88 Supra Turbo, still in storage, like new, it was made before Toyota came out with this.

Stupid looking logo. Mind doesn't have that, and beside putting it on the grille, they slap it on the steering wheel so it's staring at you when you drive.

If you want to talk about suspension or weak joints, that is a different subject, primarily, a vehicle has to have a 50-50 weight ratio between the front and rear wheels, both my Supra and 04 Cavalier favor heavy in this respect. Never liked a muscle car with a two ton engine in the front with major oversteering problems. Had to remove the quarter panels off of like a Camaro, the entire rear end sunk down with the trunk bending, that's ####### since the quarter panels that rust out are the only means of support. Detroit today is actually doing a much better job for rust prevention than Toyota. But due to idiot buyers, seeing a SUV or a pickup truck with a rusted out rear door or a holy pickup bed doesn't seem to affect the resale value. Prime factor here is the nickel content of the steel used for rust retardation.

My Supra does have 13 point suspension with computer controlled struts, is a bear to lubricate with some very costly parts incorporated. Cavalier gets by with a relatively cheap strut spring, upper strut bearings, a single control arm and one ball joint. Both use rack and pinion steering that is far simpler than that older steering box with a pitman and idler arm, and the drag link. Cavalier is pretty close to CG rating as the Supra that tells how fast you can take a corner without spinning out. It's nice to take a corner without spinning out, don't try that in a muscle car, you will get killed.

Was an idiot for investing in my Supra thinking it would be a valuable collectors car, won't even recover my 88 bucks out of it, thinking about taking it our of storage and getting some use out of it. This car was based on the 57 MB gull wing coupe that is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars today. Had one of those, maybe it was cool, no AC, couldn't roll down the damn windows and would bake in it. So what if the doors opened up instead of sideways. Toyota did cure that and you can take the roof off and mount it in the hatch, has nice brackets for that, plus the AC and eight way power seat is extremely comfortable. Could have kept ####### cars like my Mustang or Edsel for high resale value. People love to spend huge bucks on garbage. I must be from a different planet. Like the postal department screws up and prints an airplane upsidedown kind of thing.

But the Supra is a very well engineered car with a lot of very nice features, that makes it worthless. After 91 with devaluation of the buck from Japan, just seeing the same kind of junk we make here, but people are dumb basing their purchases when Toyota did have a good reputation.

Can't believe that Ford and GM copied the outline of the Camry, stupid, if I decide to drive my car into a lake, I want door windows large enough so if I change my mind, and I roll them down and crawl out of it. Can't do that on these pieces of #######. Would be also nice to buy a car where you can open the doors after an ice storm, that is also history. Cars are made for the showroom floor today, and that is where they should stay, on the showroom floor.

Instead of visiting the USA, unless Toyota is planning on moving component production here, their president should be visiting China instead to improve quality. But perhaps the Chinese recall the Japanese killing over 25 million people including babies.

Please.

You can buy a German car, oh yeah, the holocaust.

You can buy an American car, oh yeah, the massive slaughter of the indiginous peoples (including women and babies) when we came here. Do we need to mention slavery as well?

Hmm... I think India makes some cars, you can drive your Tata with a clean conscience. Oh yeah, they have a class (caste) system that has systematically reduced people to slaves for thousands of years... but at least they haven't engaged in any wars for a long time.

Good luck oh Holier than thou one.
