So who do you guys believe builds great cars?

Don't you dare mention any vehicle designed or manufactured in the US pre-2008, like GM, Ford or Chrysler.

I think there have been many good American made cars before 2008. And trucks and SUV's for decades. I do think Toyota makes some excellent cars too. They don't walk on water or look out for the consumer like so many like to think. They do make mistakes, lots of them. Just like the American companies.

The Germans make some excellent cars, as do the Italians. The Japanese make lots of good vehicles.

Go drive a Caddy CTS-V. Or a Z06 or ZR1 Vette. Need a work truck? Try a Ford or Chevy. Have a big family? Need to tow a boat or trailer?

When I was little, my dad had a Chevy, and a Ford. Both had weak joints. They are heavy cars, making weak joints and driving on NE roads is a killer. However, the first car was a Toyota Camry. It outlasted the Chevy and Ford.

Even going over speed bumbs with the Chevys and Ford could pull the arms out of the transmission if you're not careful.

The executive in charge of quality control, Shinichi Sasaki, said the company is examining fewer than 100 complaints about power steering in the Corolla, one of its best-selling models.

would be much less if the quality is checked before

We can all make a difference. Please recycle

Seriously, the joints do come apart with the Ford and Chevys. As a matter of fact, all the ones we own always needs to have them replaced. They are weak.

Stick to computers.
