1. i heard that a CR1 holder has no right to visit his family abroad (after he enters to US) until 2 year conditional period. Is that true?

2. if the 2nd anniversary of the couples is after 4 months of visa issuance, is still the CR1 visa remain valid for 2 years or only 4 month old?

1. Absolutely not true. You can visit as soon as you want (the stamp on the visa page in your passport will serve as temp greencard until you get the physical card), but you must spend more time within the USA than out.

2. Not quite sure what you mean... 4 months is not a time period which comes into play anywhere in the CR-1 as far as I am aware.

The CR-1 visa is for entry to the USA. You need to use it within 6 months of issuance, ie once you get the visa, you must move to the USA within 6 months. Once you enter the USA,you are no longer a visa holder, you are an LPR (legal permanent resident, or greencard holder). If you are married for less than 2 years when you enter the USA, then you will get a conditional greencard and must file to remove conditions 2 years minus 90 days after entry to the USA.

It doesn't matter how much less than 2 years you have been married. If married less than 2 years when you arrive at the POE then you have conditions on your permanent residence for 2 years.

You "heard " this on the internet, right? Then it MUST be true. No, it is absolutely not true. A CR-1 holder can arrive, kiss their spouse, trun around and get back onthe plane to go visit their family, then come back after a couple weeks in the sun at the beach in Rio...or whatever. CR-1s are full permanent residents when they arrive

K-1s have to wait until they have an AP or green card, but even then this is usually only a few months. My wife had her conditional green card 4 months after arriving and went back to visit family, friends, etc. for two months this summer. She is still in her conditional period.

After teo years of being married the CR-1 becomes an IR-1 (or can). There is absolutely NO difference in the privileges allowed to a conditional or non-conditional permanent resident. NONE. The ONLY difference is the expiration date of the green card and the need to show evidence the relationship is still intact to receive the non-conditional card. My wife leaves the USA routinely several times per week. she bought her favorite cosmetics yesterday in Montreal. We live 6 miles from the border and she goes there all the time. (IKEA is there!!!)

1 is not true.

2. If you want a 10 year green card first, just wait until the two-year anniversary to use the CR1 visa to enter the USA. Otherwise, yes, you'll need to remove conditions 21 months after entry.
