**moved from "IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures" to "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" as you are now applying for AOS, and not CR1**

I'm not sure I understand your question, or rather, the purpose of it.

Did you arrive on the K1 and get married within the 90 days?

If you did, then of course you should be getting all your info together to apply for Adjustment of Status and this does require a copy of the marriage licence (and the original later perhaps).

:guides: regarding AOS from Family Based visa.

Best of luck.

do you need SSN for marriage certificate? what does your fiance tell you?

I'm surprised yer asking about 'what to do next', really - that fiance of yours HOPEFULLY had learned all about 'what to do' when you arrive in the USA. WOW. What does he/she say about it?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

You don't need a SSN to get married but you have to apply first for SSN in your maiden name and then for a marriage licence. After you will have the marriage certificate you can apply for AOS.

Congrats!
