You hockey fans are so superstitious! I remember during one of my pre-marriage days, the Canucks scored both times I was in the bathroom, so my ex-boyfriend told me to stay put in the bathroom and don't come out for the rest of the game.

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good thing he is an ex now :P

Yeah, the Canucks have a pretty abysmal home record when I go to games...I've only seen them win maybe four times out of the twenty or so games I've attended! There was one season where they finished with only nine home losses or something like that, and I'd been to only five games that year, with four of them being losses! Even when I was in Washington D.C. in 2008 to watch the Canucks play the Capitals, the Caps won...and Vancouver managed only TEN shots on net for the whole game.

So I just don't go to games anymore!

I don't know why, but whenever I hear the name washington capitals, I dont' think of Ovechkins magnificent goals. I think of that dirty #### cheap shot that Dale Hunter took on Pierre Turgeon at the end of a game 7 in the playoffs in which the Caps lost. That and I just can't seem to shake Al Iafrate's combover

better be on tv, or on http://atdhe.net/

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

One cant give up, when ur gunning for a place in the gold game!

Norway could be martins opponent in the Gold medal game! It was Norway who martin faced in the 2002 Olympics final, in which he threw last rock and came up just inches short for the Gold medal!
