I have a general question.

Has anyone ever heard of a Visa being delayed because of having been married before?

I brought my X over here on a K-1 Visa.

She walked out on me as some of you may have already read, after getting her Green Card...go figure.

I am married now and bringing my wife over on a K-3 Visa I hope.

Would they delay her getting a VIsa, or make it harder to do so as might be expected?

With the government as they are, and I can't blame them.

If anyone has had the same question answered or has done the same, please let me know.

Any thoughts or actual experiences would be appreciated.

no I have never heard of that both my husband and I were married before and we filed our I129 and I130 and it took average amount of time. I think the total time was 8 months by the time filed and I got to the US :) hope u hear something soon :)
