Hello Aisha

The date that is given for the adjucation is just an estimate that VJ does with all the input that people put in their timeline. I know it is hard to wait but you will get your NOA2 soon!!

Yes, they usually push the I-129f through with the I-130 approval so that way they will both leave the USCIS at the same time. It will be up to you whether you want to persue the K3 or not. I heard somewhere on here that they are doing away with the K3 visa since the CR1 has picked up in the timing. It's a better route to go anyways!!

Good luck with your journey!!

how hard is it to go through as far as paper work with the cr1 once the 13o reaches nvc and do you know any time frame on that one?

It goes fairly quick really!! There is a really good link on VJ that can help you through the NVC quickly.

Search for James' Shortcuts on here and it will give you some good advice on how to speed things up. I know that I made it through the NVC in like 60 days but that is because I had a RFE that delayed me for 2 weeks.

In about 2 weeks after you get your NOA2 from the USCIS you can call the NVC and get your case number and give the Operators yours and your SO email address then everything can be done online instead of waiting for the snail mail.

Go to the NVC February thread, there is alot of good people there who can answer your questions!

Good luck!!
