Can i send downloaded DS 230 part 1 to NVC ??

Hello,

Can i download DS 230 form from website and send back to NVC as i also received the original form in mail. The reason is i want to type DS 230 in computer so it looks good rather than write with hand?

Please give me some advice.

Yes, you can use downloaded form. Even from the VJ website's "Gallery Download" section, you can get the recent version of DS 230. Gag54611 gave you a link from the visapro.com website which also has the recent version of DS 230 form. Since you have the barcode from NVC, you are ready to mail out the form. I think, you also need to mail out the beneficiary passport's bipgraphic information pages' photocopy. One can also generate the barcode for DS 230 and I-864 from "James' shortcut."

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
