today we got this email as we signed up for EMAIL ALERT, does this means we are approved............... :wacko:

Document production or Oath Ceremony

we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service.

VSC ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 :dance::dance::dance::dance: FINALLY WE ARE DONE WITH THIS HECTIC PROCESS..............we know we know NATURALIZATION is there but..............thats our option so we are not looking forward to that process........

did you really file on January 4th? your timeline shows that....

September 5th 2007 Married in the U.S

October 15th 2007 documents were recieved

Nov 25th 2007 biometrics

Dec 17 2007 work authorization

Feb 26 2008 interview and approval

27 Nov 2009 NOA

11 Dec 2009 Biometrics (early bio)

File on JAN 04TH..............early bio did on 02/05/2010 for 02/08/2010..............and today got a email about card production being ordered.............am i in my dream................can somebody please pinch me or something.......... :devil::dance:

military situation not envolved at all from my side.............may be they considered us as a military but just submiited couple of documents related to the job...........life insurance copy and regular medical insurance copy thats it........

and of course if you had some military situation to expidete...

I am sooooo happy for you and have no idea why on earth VSC jump all november and december applications and approve someone from January. Maybe because Nepal is a beautiful country and they wanted to keep good realationship for their upcoming vacation:)))

I am really really happy for you and very very paranoid about my case....

u r right............nepal is a beautiful country and may be the case adjudicator is from nepal too who knows!!!!!!!!!!!

i do have a couple of friends from SRILANKA..............we studied in the same college not in usa though............they are one of the nice people i have ever met....
