Magic Jack Not Working to call Morocco?

Hey all,

Anyone having a problem calling Morocco with Magic Jack? We've been calling all day, multiple people and no answers... just busy signals. I tried to contact Magic Jack, but they were useless...

Any ideas?

hmmmm... thanks...

maybe... but we are using it here in the US to call cell phones there. we aren't using MJ to MJ (i wish)... seems like it should still work as we're calling regular phones.

any thoughts?

I tried calling on and off all day - the phone would only ring. Bijad never showed up today. He is living around Chefchouen.. maybe something is up?

Just a thought, but we sent the Magic Jack to Egypt and my mother-in-law calls us from the home computer anytime for free to our cell phones and home phones. Maybe you can send it to Morroco and they could do the same. Works great for us !

I used MagicJack without problems for 2yrs until it broke (my kids breaking it) I got another which from the start was damaged. i could not return it to the store since well i am not in the USA. I tried for 1month to get in touch with customer service; i got throu but without any 'real' help ;;. just a bunch of generic technie key strokes. I finally gave up on MagicJack ;;;; thou it sucks now having to pay for calls again:!
