You may also want to try contacting the Lebanon Embassy in the Philippines:

905 Park Trade Center

1716 Investment Drive

Madrigal Business Park

Alabang Muntinlupa City

Metro Manila, Philippines

Tel: +63 2 8073012-8070369

Fax: +63 2 810 704

The Brunei Embassy in the Philippines seems to issue police certificate to those who once worked in Brunei. I hope the same goes with Lebanon.

All the best!

For Lebanon and all other countries - check the Dept. of State's Reciprocity Schedule for specific information.

we called the lebanon embasy in the philippines and she was telling me that it's going to take 3-4 months before my mother-in-law can get her police clearance. she worked there about 5 years ago, do u think that she still needs a police clearance from lebanon?

Yes - presumably anyways; clearance requirements go back to the age of 16. According to the DOS site - 3-4 months if living outside Lebanon when requesting it is typical.

Right, presumably.

I heard that UAE police certificates are waived. Lucky people.
