Hi,

The processing times are at about 5 month currently, but i am sure you will be getting it soon as the 5 month thing is only a guide. Honestly it seems like it is all luck with regards to NOA2's.

We submitted our I-129F on 15 October 2009 and got our NOA2 back roughly 2 months letter.

Hang on!!!! I know it is stressful and irritating.

Regards

Mark

i guess our only option is to wait. i'm willing to wait and it's worth waiting. just curious if others got approved and ours not yet and it seems like we're not the only one having this kind of situation. it's a bit stressful but we're fine with it. Both of us are going strong and we're holding on. by the way guys, i'm new to posting comments and i really appreciate it if somebody will help me out how to post my timeline. :)

By looking at the recent approvals, I can safely say that Vermont is punching out a bunch of approvals, your wait is likely over. Start researching what your Packet 3 will request and get that ready for your consulate. Best of Speedy Luck.
