Hey ladies! Been a long time. We are bringing momma over here now on a visitors visa. She will watch our baby for a few months. My husband and I are trying to decide if he should go down for her interview? Any thoughts? We know alll about how to immigrant permanently, but we just want a visitors visa for her. How's everyone???

9/06/05 I-129F sent to Nebraska

01/27/06 Received VISA!!

01/28/06 Flew home to MSP!! (POE)

4/24/06 Mailed AOS package to Chicago

5/4/06 EAD Check Cashed

5/9/06 AOS Check Cashed!!!

6/30/06 Work Permit should have been here but mailman sent it back on accident.

9/07/06 InfoPass appointment to expedite new Work Permit and Fingerprints.

09/09/06 Fingerprints

10/01/06 EAD arrives

12/6/06 AOS Interview!! Done for 2 years.

10/22/08 Received I-751

10/24/08 Cashed check

10/29/08 Received NOA1

06/01/09 Permanent Green Card received and conditions Removed

my mother in law just got her visiting visa she went on the interview alone .. They asked her just a few questions

She has to contact her local embassy and go through the screening process before and IF they are issued a tourist visa.

Her local American embassy can give her the list of documents that she needs to bring in order to apply plus any other necessary information, she has to prove that she will not overstay.

05/01/08 Green Card in mailbox!!

06/05/10 Real GREEN Card RECEIVED!

01/17/13 Sent application for US Citizenship!!!

01/19/13 Arrived to Arizona Lockbox

01/24/13 Notice of Action

01/25/13 Check cashed

01/28/13 NOA received by mail and biometrics letter mailed as per uscis.gov

02/14/13 Biometrics appointment

03/18/13 In-line for inteview
