Hi,

You have 10 years to bring your personal possessions in.

You don't need to fill out anything in particular although it is a good idea to carry an itemized list with you. Nothing fancy, just a general list like:

Box 1 - CDs and DVDs

Box 2 - Misc Kitchen items

etc etc.

U.S. CBP:

Moving to the U.S. - How long do I have to move all of my household and personal effects to the U.S?
