Hello everybody, How you doing? Ok, first off, try to carry out all the things in the best possible environment between you and Him. You have to try to keep you husband if you really love each other!. now, in case the things are totally unbeareable or impossible to overcome; you have to try at least to go with him to the 1st interview; I think personally that is very important that you both attend to the first interview. Hence, let's suppose later a scenario that in 6 months, you and him decide to perform a divorce, you have the conditional green card and later at the time of the remove of conditions, it is possible for you to apply as divorced item and with all the probe that the marriage was legal and normal, I think you are not going to have any problem; of course, that is the worst of the cases. You have to be aware that in case you fight too much with him, he can right away send a letter to USCIS and ask for a denial of your petition and you could be go to deportation, because He was the person who brought you to this country and He is the only one who has the power to do that. Anyway, DO NOT TELL HIM THAT HE CAN DO THAT! I'M PRETTY SURE THAT HE DOESN'T KNOW THAT, MANY PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW THIS BIG DETAIL, YOU HAVE TO BE WISE AND INTELLIGENT! and try to fight first for your marriage and second for your green card if possible, Good Luck and Take care!
