Emailing is probably a waste of time. One person responds and almost always says 'wait 30 days'. Call your senator or congressman. You should have had it by now (obviously). Plus, until you get that, you are stuck. Odds are it was returned for some reason, dont just wait or assume the email will help.

Good luck.

Nice stats dwar49,

The only consistency I detected, was a 100% RFE return rate. Too bad none of us work for USCIS, we would see entirely different (much higher) NOA-2 percentages!!

The RFE return dates may be slightly off. I assumed that anyone that had received their RFE the last week of June or first week of July had returned them. I was more concerned about who had actually received them and who had not. That is the telling factor. That and the fact that if CSC continues at this rate some of us from march will not see our NOA2 until sometime in October!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent work!!! It just reinforces the fact they don't have a clue and are processing as RFE's are returned or if a file shows up on their desk. No real organization other than work what is front of you. That corresponds to the feedback I received from an attorney friend that once worked in DOS and has been an immigration attorney now for about 15 years. He has seen this type of processing as well. He believes they will get through the backlog in 30-60 days. So by labor day or mid september they should be through the backlog of RFE-Imbra Petitions.

Doesn't help my sanity or sleeping.

Kit.........It's not going to happen.......you losing your sanity and all..........I've read your posts........your a tough one............hang in there...........

as soon as a plan can be brought up among all the intelligent March members, things will get addressed. They (CSC) don't know that we now have these charts and lists compiled.......they think we are all sitting around the kitchen table wondering. But, I'm not, and I know your not. Were plotting in our minds. I know alot more members are plotting as well. This is a mental and emotional prison. But I sure as heck don't plan on waiting without any action on my part. They (the clerks) at the CSC are just people like the rest of us. They punch a time clock and go home every night not giving us a second thought. If we want something done, it is up to each and every one of us members to do it. We will be heard. And they will react if we yell loud enough......it is just a matter of time.

Just to let everyone know. Tomorrow, (Monday Morning) I am again contacting both california senators and my representative, (who already are working on my case) and present them with this information. One of the senators and representative have already requested any specific information I might have so am giving it to them tomorrow vie email and or fax.

Strongly recommend everyone else do the same. Flood them with this information, show them that CSC is off on a tangent and that someone needs to yank them up by the short hairs and get their attention. The more people that send this info in the better.

KitKat

Hang in there, we are all going to get thru this and we are going to give them a wake up call they wont forget!!!!!!

I don't get it. The sensible thing to do, after having put everything on hold since March, would have been to send the first batch of RFEs to everyone who applied in March. Second batch to April. Third batch to May etc. Not willy nilly as they've done. Now approvals are just as random. It really pisses me off.

04/13/06 - I-129F mailed

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

You are applying logic and organization to a facility that does not know the definition of managing a process. You are right, not hard at all.

I would volunteer my services in a heart beat. Give me 24 hours and they would be pumping out NOA2s in order by the hundreds. There is no excuse for this gross negligence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here Here!!! Upon receiving the second, we ratify the motion. Now on Monday all March and April NOA1 dates receive an NOA2. The next week May so for and so on.

KitKat

I know how you feel. I am right there with you as many of the VJ's are. WE are all borderline, but the one thing they can't change is our love for our fiancees'. We will beat this rap together. We have a plan to keep each other strong and they can't take that away either. We will succeed, just a matter of time.

OK, you guys got me back in fighting mode. Mike PLEASE SEND ME THE CHART - Or Dwar, if you have it in a good looking format for email, please pm it to me. I will email it to my senator's office tomorrow.

Anyone else who wants to do that - if you don't have the email address for your contact (or maybe they don't want to give it out) try this format - it maybe univeral for all senator personnel but I'm not sure:
