I'm writing first time.I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina.I was an exchange student in USA couple of years ago.Now I have chance to live with my host mum.Is it possible to enter in USA on a tourist VISA and then to apply for green card?

Hary,

what would be the basis of adjustment? No, you can't abuse the tourist visa and adjust status. You can't even get a green card - there is no category for you to fall in - host mom wants to sponsor me for a green card.

Moving thread to general immigration forum as it does not belong in US citizenship forum.

First of all, entering on a tourist visa with the intentions of immigrating (and adjusting status from tourist to green card holder) is visa fraud and can result in a lifetime ban from the US

Secondly, there is no classification for you to get a green card. Tourists cannot get green cards without an immediate relative petitioning for them - immediate relative being spouse, parent, etc.

Good luck - I suggest you apply for a tourist visa and abide by the terms of it

I've been told I can't get VISA unless I mary someone or win green card lotery

that is generally true, unless you can obtain a work visa on basis of higher education and employment based on it.

as for marrying someone, this should be done for love, not for immigration benefits.

I'm trying to get visa on studying base,I'm waiting 4 colleges to replay.I can't get working visa because I have only high school education. As for marrying that is impossible, because you can't find US gf in my country

There is the adoption path, but I think you are now too old to be eligible.

Just keep one thing in mind, as others said - if you come to the States on a visa (tourist, job, student) and you intend to immigrate, if USCIS finds out, then you won't be allowed to enter the US for the rest of your life. If you also get married, there is a lengthy process you need to go through that weeds out the marriages with intent to immigrate.
