Ok, so we are waiting on our NOA2 but my fiancee recently moved to a new city (new job too).

I see we need to change her address online with the USCIS.

It also looks like we need to file a AR-11 but that form seems to be made for a non us citizen that is already in the US so I am confused about if we need to that or not?

Anyone have experience with this?

The US citizen can change his/her address online at the USCIS link you posted (there will be a place to indicate if you are the USC or not). The AR-11 is indeed for the foreign beneficiary.

I did not move, she did (she is the beneficiary / lives in Mexico)

Ah hah, I see.

Well - changing her address (either by AR-11 or the online version) would not help matters. Best advice would be to notify the Embassy/Consulate (Juarez I presume) once you have your NVC case number (not sooner, since they won't have a way to tie the two together). So until your petition is approved and NVC has assigned a case number - not a lot needs to be done.

As long as the case is still at the Service Center, the change can be made by dialing the I-800 number.

Our journey together on this earth has come to an end.

I will see you one day again, my love.
