Ok, so I was told to get my Daughters CRBA and send my mother in laws 08 tax info (she is our joint sponsor). Do I send my passport with it? (this was at my IR-1 visa interview in MTL)

Thank you!

Invictus..

Out of the night that covers me,

Black as the Pit from pole to pole,

I thank whatever gods may be

For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance

I have not winced nor cried aloud.

Under the bludgeonings of chance

My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears

Looms but the Horror of the shade,

And yet the menace of the years

Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll.

I am the master of my fate:

I am the captain of my soul.

Call the embassy and ask them or email them but my guess would be no. Dont send your passport until they ask you to send it.

Well, how do they send my visa back to me after the approval? Or is this a way to waste more of my time and money.

After they approve the visa and are ready to issue it they will request you send your passport to them, they will then send it back to you after they put the visa inside of the passport. And yes, its wasting time. My husband is in egypt, he had his interview on jan 21 and they asked for 2 documents, gave him back his passport, and we were instructed that after administrative review if the visa is approved we will be instructed to send his passport to them for visa issuance. You will have to pay a DHL fee for the return. Contact the embassy directly and ask them anything you need to know. They will give you the answers.
