nvc send my case bake to uscis

i file my 129f on 10/20/2009. i got approved on 02/01/2010. my approval notice does not have priority date and it says that the file is send to the consulat not to NVC .yesterday i called nvc and the operater told me that they recived my file but send it back to uscis .does any body have an idea

Could have something to do with the missing priority date. Maybe they want the file fixed with a priority date first. Yes, I would call back and ask why. The notices always say the file is going to the Consulate. NVC is a pass through point to the Consulate.
