need clarification after second interview

It has been 3 days since my husbands interview and we are both having so many ups and downs because searching here is not giving a lot of information simular to what we have been through.

At the interview the CO did not say approved but told him he was under administrative review, they have to review all the documents and when I called and spoke with the CO she told me the same thing. They took all his fingerprints not just thumb like the first interview, they asked for 2 new passport photos as well as the new medical and PCC, and they gave him no paper after (not blue, pink or white).

The interviewer seemed to be very young and inexperienced, it only lasted 2 minutes. They gave him back his passport. so we dont know exactly what this means. with the hell they put us through before it is hard to feel confident about anything.

can anyone tell us, is this approval with a wait like others have had to go through?

Indianheart I am so sorry for all this delay but it will be okay. as we know all Embassys and CO do things differently but when my husband went for his interview in Ukraine they took his passport and he was never given any papers after a couple of weeks I called the Embassy and they told me that his case was on the CO desk and if the Visa is issued within in 30 days or so it is considered Administrative Review if it is going to be longer it is Administrative Processing. They would first reveiw it then if need be it would go under AP. LOL and my story goes on and on but Im sure you will hear in a week or so to submit the passport. Hang in there. Keeping the passport or not dosent mean a whole lot don't worry about that.
