I have got my packet put together so i can mail it on monday and i just wanna make sure i have everything right. If someone could look over and make sure i didn't miss anything it would help me out a lot..

I-130

I had a question about the passport size photos i am supposed to attach, do i attach them to just one g325 for both me and my husband? I got 4 of them today 2 of me and 2 of him i didn't know if i needed more or not. and i am not to sure where to attach them and how many i need.

I also have an overall cover letter. I think that is everything but it doesn't feel like i have everything. Is there no February filers out there either? I haven't noticed a thread.

I think you might need more passport photos, but don't quote me on that. I ended up sending a ton of them, but I was also applying for an EAD and AP, so that might be why. If you look in the guide it should tell you exactly how many passport photos you'll need :)

Im preparing my AOS too..

Off the top of my head you need

2 passport pictures for each applications of just the applicant - 6 total

copy of passport and visa

Copy of 1-94 front and back

Probably more things.. the packet for this is huge... Just go into the Feb filer group and you will have an idea of what you need. Good luck!

Oh by the way, make sure EVERYTHING is signed and dated!

So i need 6 of myself and then just the 2 for my husbands I-130 application?i don't have passport,visa or i-94 cause i came across the canadian border. yeah i am like triple checking i have everything filled out correctly and that they are all signed i am being a little to ridiculous cause i wanna have it all right.

Maybe for good measure attach a copy of photo ID for both your husband and you, such as a drivers license maybe if you don't have a passport and I-94.
