So very true! If you aren't spending tomorrow with your soon to be husband or wife curl up and get on that phone and spend the night talking to them. Those are my plans for sure!

Happy V.D. !

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

To all the couples who aren't yet spending their lives together....you aren't missing anything, if that's any consolation. :jest: j/k

Happy Valentine's Day! (L)

....

A young woman was taking an afternoon nap. After she woke up, she told her husband, "I just dreamed that you gave me a pearl necklace for Valentine's day. What do you think it means?"

"You'll know tonight," he said.

That evening, the man came home with a small package and gave it to his wife. Delighted, she opened it--only to find a book entitled "The meaning of dreams".

A blissful Valentine's Day to us all!

When I was a teenager, I'd go to Mass in the Cathedral every Heart's Day. When I started having boyfriends [one at a time of course], break up always happened before the Love Day. My husband was in the U.S. last year while I was still in my country although he was already my boyfriend. Ergo, it's my very first Valentine's Day with a man beside me.

Valentine's Day or not, let's keep the love for our chosen ones aflame.

When I started having boyfriends one at a time of course,

Aw, what's the fun in that?!

Anyway, happy Valentines day Calypso, and everyone.

This would have been the first V. Day for my wife and me together, but she is in Thailand visiting for 2 weeks, so we're doing this one apart. We'll just take a raincheck and do our romantic dinner when she gets back next week.
