Thought I would start this thread...

For those who want to "cheer and comment" on the olympics while they are watching such....:star:

(and good for those who want to catch up later on too..)

(though the US guy won this time...sigh....)

I just watched the 5000 meter men's speed skating. Was surprisingly entertaining -- Kramer from the Netherlands just set an Olympic record for the fastest time. Great to see a Korean get silver...apparently there has long been a perception that Asians can't excel at the longer events.

That's one of the great things about the Olympics -- you get to watch sports you would never see otherwise.

Gooooooooo dude from Korea. I always like to root for the underdog if Canada isn't going to win :)

Also, kudos on guy from the Netherlands for setting an Olympic record!

I was watching the speed skaters while running this afternoon. I swear to god, I didnt even notice how far I had gone as I was just immersed and amazed at the athletes competing. The dutch dude (forgot his name) was sooo awesome!

Finally married... and still married... ;)

Jennifer Heil has the cutest accent when she speaks French, I was rooting for her :P But, the American did real good too... I love moguls, the jumps are amazing!
