:help: hi there,

i just wanna ask if there is a deadline for filing AOS? And how much would it cost us?

Im filing i-485 concurrently with i-765..should i be sending it to chicago lockbox?

appreciate any help on this one..:)

Hi,

There is no deadline to file for AOS.

And yes, all AOS applications (concurrent with I-765 or not) get sent to the Chicago lockbox.

12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

04/02/13 - Interview! Passed!

May 2013 - Oath Ceremony!
