Hi, im newbie. do you have to sent fax to naples??

wow, tht is wonderful! i filed at california and got approved. now NVCis processing. should i fax ds-230 to naples ? i already set ds-230 to NVC but should i fax ds-230 to naples as well too??

You might get an answer if you ask in the IR1/CR1 forum since you have not filed via DCF. There are different processes for people filing through NVC, so the filers here might not be able to help you. :)

How long did it take from when you got your approval letter from Rome to when Naples sent the Packet? It seems like Naples is pretty backed up right now.

It took maybe three weeks. It was quick for us. It seems to be quicker for CR-1/IR-1 visas, though. Plus we've been married for 10years with two kids.

We got the pcket 3 from Naples last Wednesday and sent the ds-230 the same day. Recieved the packet 4 from Naples the next day and today called and got our interview date. We could have gotten it as early as May 4 but I have a work commitment that week. So we opted for May 18. For those who dont know, the only do the appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And the medical is always the day before.

Well, my husband had his Interview today in Naples and was APPROVED!!!! Yea, thank goodness! I wasn't able to go with him (kids in school), but he said it all went smooth and easy and that the people at the embassy were very easy-going and flexible. He picks up his visa today after 5pm at the Mail Boxes Etc. YEAAAA!
