Question about AR-11 change of address

So I moved from NJ to CA back in November and filed form AR-11 with the USCIS as required within 10 days of the move.

I currently have no pending cases with the USCIS, but I did not receive an official receipt notice in the mail. I do have the completed PDF file that was generated by the online application tool on the USCIS website with the COA confirmation number - is this all I need to prove my change of address?

I spoke to a rather unhelpful woman on the phone this afternoon who told me to make an infopass appointment because they apparently don't have access to "personal information" if you don't have a pending case.

I'm sure though that I've been able to get confirmation of an address change over the phone without having to schedule a time-wasting appointment at a Federal building. Anyone have any ideas?

You could print out the AR-11 and mail it to the KY address to make sure it's received.

We did my wife's online and sent it in as well just to cover alll the bases.

Never mind, I called back and spoke to another agent who was able to escalate my call to a case officer.

Yes, they are able to confirm your address change over the phone.
