DS-230 form Part II

In Mexico, we have to send in all our forms. For the Packet 3 part, it says to send it DS-230. Does that mean both parts or just Part I? I believe Part II has to be signed in front of the consular agent but does that mean he/she will have the form when my hubby goes for his interview or should my hubby just take Part II with him and only send in Part I?

Send it all in. All the paperwork will end up in front of the CO at the interview.

Not sure how trustworthy that info is. It's says the Consulate doesn't do Direct Consular Filing, which is not true.

You're probably right because it was last updated on 04/21/09. If you're not sure what documents to send then call the embassy in Juarez or search for a thread for Mexican filers.

That links also refers to K1 filings, which are different. I would follow the instructions they sent you. If the instructions say to send it, then send it, but DONT sign Part II. that has to be done in front of the consulate.
