Last time a JW came to my door I was wearing my Pagan Pride t-shirt. His speach for the day was how to get Satan out of our society. He didn't stay long. Haven't seen them since. ;)

Actually, Watchtower and Awake mags only present ONE viewpoint, the twisted and erroneous one of the JW's.

JP, that coupon book is only dropped by a postman--they're way too cheep to actually send someone to your home to personally deliver it.

I want a sign that says NO SOLICITORS - THIS INCLUDES RELIGIOUS KINDS

Some other suggestions:

ABANDON HOPE ALL YE WHO ENTER HERE
KNOCK IF YOU WANT TO SEE MY #######
IRREDEEMABLE SATANISTS LIVE HERE
PEDOVILLE

or:

###### OFF

The simple one's work the best. Sorry I just saw Clerks 2 today. Hilarious movie - but extremely filthy.

You mean those religious types actually have a speech to make? All they ever get to say to me is 'hello, we're...', then I say 'not interested thank you' and close the door... it works every time.

Once a JW came to my door, and I like a dummie opened the door, just cracked it to see who it was. When I saw the this old man with a bible, I told him that I was not interested in hearing what he had to say, he actually stuck his foot in my door, not allowing me to shut it, I told that old man, "If you dont get your F**king foot out of my door you are going to draw back a knub in about 5 seconds.......he stepped back very quick and left on his way. LOL :lol::lol: Can you believe the nerve of some people, actually trying to force you to keep your door open so you have to listen to what they say!!!! Unbelieveable!!!!

I can remember a JW coming into the OFFICE where I worked in Sept (maybe Oct) 1997, and asking if he could "leave a tract". When I saw the back of his "tracts" (the print-finish gave away that it was JW), I then told him--"you want to leave with your head on your shoulders, or carry it out with a bite mark" (no smilie, because I wasn't joking--he was a convenient target for an extremely stressful situation at that moment).

I grew up in a very small rural town in Arizona and there was just one neighbor who posted a NO SOLICITORS sign on her door. She was from Jersey.

I also had a paper route and had to go door to door to collect the monthlyy service charge. Some customers wouldn't answer their door even though I could hear them on the inside. Was it worth going back several times just for the $4? Apparantly it was to a 12 year old with limited job options.

Now when someone knocks on my door, I freeze like a statue. If they are persistent, I just yell through the door that the check is in the mail.
