no such thing as a "work" greencard as a greencard is the designator of a resident of the USA..

You may be looking for the work VISA, not the green card.

First option would be J-1 for an au pair.

Since you're already living in the US the nanny would be inelligible for B1 visa but you could look into H2B (mind the annual caps) but you need labor certification for this - hard to prove there are no Americans willing and capable to do the nannay job.

If you are willing to pay the fair going rate, then there are many people that would be happy to accept the job as an au pair. I think it would be quite difficult to claim someone from outside the US has special skills and requirements that cannot be met by a candidate already in the US.

Jamaica's pretty tough on this type of thing. They usually go through government work programs.
