Hi guys, just wanted to share with you this experience, we are part of the December 09 filers, we are still waiting on our NOA2, and I decided to visit my wife in NYC, I prepared myself with documents to show the CBP officers that my intentions are to go back to my home country while the I-130 is approved. Well, guess what, they didn't ask for a thing, and the POE was Newark, I didn't have any problems at all, and I am here with my wife to enjoy Valentines day, we just hope to receive good news while I'm here. Anyway, please prepare yourselves if you are planning to visit your loves ones for this special day or any special occasion, have those docs ready please, bye and have a beautiful Valentines Day!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats !

Im going to cross the border tomorrow to visit my husband for a week since it is my schools reading week. Hopefully I get to spend time with my husband and there is no problems, i'll just have to show proof of ties! Never had a problem before but well first time crossing with a visa application going so I will see how that goes, lol.
