I second Yurika's response. Biometrics are mandatory for applications that require a background check, regardless of the amount of evidence enclosed. In fact, applicants who've had biometrics within 15 months prior to their application don't get a biometrics notice.

Adjudication (RFE, approval or denial) is one thing and security clearance (biometrics) is another..

we will see what will happen next.....im hoping things will go smoothly.anyways thats the only thing i missed and for me i have proven enough that our marriage is real.hope they won't deny me just because i don't have a copy of my gc.i don't think they will ask for me to replace it because it won't make any sense.the card is expiring in april.i submitted a police report and notarized affidavit of loss along with my application.i hope it would be sufficient for them to approve me.
