mia,

No worries. If 30 days pass and you still didn't receive NOA1 then you can simply get an I-551 stamp with an infopass. Also if you look at your cashed check, you'll find a number printed by USCIS. This, along with the fact that your check has been cashed, means your I-751 is good and has been accepted officially by USCIS.

In the mean time, what really matters is your ASC Appointment notice because it hold your actual case number.

i wonder i have not receive any letter yet from USCIS. its been 2 weeks already and i don't even have my NOA. i filed i-751 to vermont service center last january 29. they cashed my check february 3.i'm worried.

As long as you get your biometrics appointment - you will be fine. If you prefer, you can schedule an infopass appointment and get an I-551 stamp in your passport which extends your GC for one year.

I m in the same situation. I sent my package on 02.01.2010 and did not receive my NOA. I m a little worried too.

I would worry if you don't receive the NOA by 2/26 - allow some time for mail to go back and forth since also the weather is now playing a big role in the northeast.

i blame the weather conditions... i was waiting for my biometrics letter too and it arrived just yesterday, even though it was dated 2.5.2010.

Now look forward for your biometrics notice :)

Usually what is the time frame between NOA and biometric letter?

It depends on your ASC. If they normally process more applicants than other Service centers, I would expect 2-3 weeks. If they process less than normal applicants, then it should be within 1-2 weeks.

Cheers!

FYI, if you would get RFE or interview request, that will be after biometrics.

So, you still have a chance to get them later...
