:help: Hi, guys!

I am about ready to send my AOS application. I have one question about I-864 supporting document. Do i have to include our statement bank or letter from pettioner's bank? Our supporting document are petitioner's tax return most recent year and letter from petitioner's employer. My husband as my sponsor meets income requirements.

Please advise, thank you!

I think that as of July 21st 2006 you only need to submit the most recent tax return and W2 if your spouse filed jointly.

Here is the link: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffair...pp_062106FS.pdf

My lawyer has still advised me to put in at least 2 pay stubs just to be safe.

Good luck to you

Thank you for your reply.

I read the link that you gave me and required most recent tax return, 6 months recent pay stubs and an employer letter.

Anyone have experiance sending I-864 without recent pay stubs and having no problem?

Please, share your story with us

Thank you

Hey!!! I sent my most recent tax return, like four or five paystubs, employer letter and I may have also sent my w2's just to be safe. i think that as long as you send the employment letter, your past years tax return and maybe a couple paystubs you will be fine but you can send whatever else just to be safe!

I sent tax transcripts for the past three years, one pay stub, and an employer letter. I didn't bother with any bank statements or letters because as sponsor my income is more than adequate. So far so good -- our AOS case was recently transferred to CSC, which means we will likely get approved without an interview!
