OMG! I can't believe it. My hands are shaking as I type this message. This is what I found when I checked my status. :dance::dancing:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On July 28, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

April 25, 2006 - Mailed I-129F to TSC.

May 1, 2006 - CSC received I-129F.

May 5, 2006 - Date of NOA1.

May 11, 2006 - CSC cashed my check

May 12, 2006 - Received NOA1 by snail mail.

June 30, 2006 - Received IMBRA RFE by snail mail.

July 1, 2006 - Sent RFE back to CSC via express mail.

July 3, 2006 - CSC received RFE at 10:17 a.m. and was signed for by J. Arnett.

July 3, 2006 - Received e-mail from CSC advising they sent me the RFE.

(A little late considering I already received it and sent it back.)

July 4, 2006 - Touched.

July 5, 2006 - Touched.

July 6, 2006 - Touched.

July 6, 2006 - Received e-mail from CSC advising they received my response to the RFE.

July 28, 2006 - Touched.

July 28, 2006 - NOA2 via e-mail.

August 3, 2006 - Received NOA2 via snail mail.

August 4, 2006 - NVC received NOA2.

August 7, 2006 - NVC sent NOA2 to embassy in Bogota.

August 9, 2006 - Embassy in Bogota received NOA2.

August 25, 2006 - Jose Carlos finally received Packet 3.

August 28, 2006 - Jose Carlos faxed it back to the Embassy.

Stepember 12, 2006 - Received Packet 4.

September 28, 2006 - Interview 7:00 a.m.

September 29, 2006 - Picked up VISA.

November 12, 2006 - Jose Carlos entered USA.

February 3, 2007 - We got married!!!

February 16, 2007 - Sent AOS Package to INS.

March 20, 2007 - Biometrics Appointment.

03/26/06: Filied I-129F package

04/04/06: NOA 1 at California service center

06/30/06: IMBRA RFE mailed to CSC

07/05/06: Email stating CSC received RFE

07/31/06: NOA 2! Wahoooo!

08/03/06: NVC reciept

08/07/06: NVC forwards petition to the Embassy!!

08/15/06: Embassy received case:MNL2006716###

09/19/06: We have an interview date!! Wahoo!

11/20/06: Interview

11/29/06: VISA delivered

12/05/06: Entry into the U.S. at LAX

06/30/06- sent I-129F petition to VSC.

07/11/06- NOA1 (received in mail)

07/19/06- RFE received in mail, IMBRA

07/28/06- e-mail, IMBRA RFE received at VSC

09/11/06- called VSC, told I'm with an adjudicating officer

09/25/06- called VSC, told to file expedited service, outside 60 days of RFE received date

09/26/06- sent expedited service request to VSC via fax and snail mail

09/26/06- Senators and Congressman making inquiries into my petition

09/29/06- expedited service request approved by VSC director

10/04/06- e-mail NOA2 approved!!!!!!

10/05/06- NVC received

10/06/06- NVC forwarded to Poland Embassy

10/16/06- Packet #3 received

10/17/06- Packet #3 sent to US Embassy Warsaw

10/30/06- Packet #4 received

10/30/06- Interview scheduled for November 22nd!!!

11/30/06- Visa in hand, via DHL!!!!

12/05/06- Ania and I arrive together in the USA

02/11/07- Ania applied for Social Security Card

02/17/07- Ania and I were MARRIED!!!!!!

07/24/07- Social Security Card in hand- after some minor issues and a little procrastination :)

10/14/07- I-485, I-765, and permission to travel mailed to USCIS

10/17/07- Received NOA1

12/17/07- I-485 shipped to California Service Center for faster service

12/17/07- I-765 approved new card should be mailed within 30 days, Advanced parole approved

02/28/08- AOS APPROVED!!!! PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD RECEIVED!!!!! (card received couple weeks after approval)

Congratulations!!!! Keep them coming, maybe they will get to the rest of us.

It definitely appears that the return RFE date is the processing que in the CSC Mayhem.

It is frustrating for those of us in March seeing later dates approved, but nonetheless are glad some of our teammembers are getting through the process. Sorry to say that, but we are human and have been waiting too long. I am at 124 days and my e-mail stated they received my RFE 7-19 but it was mailed and received by them on 7-11. I guess there is no real ordering other than whose file received the RFE first.

Anyway enough of that.

Yeah, it makes me wish I had submitted my petition before the new form came on board. I decided to wait until the new form was finished and it appears it will cost me. I've seen some June NOA1's already approved. Just those couple of weeks could cost me a few months.

July 17/06.............. Check was cashed

July 18/06.............. Thx God we got our NOA1 from CSC

Sep 20/06............... Thx God! NOA2 date

Sep 21/06............... touched; got 5 approval emails! thank you Lord!

Sep 26/06............... mon amour got NOA2

Oct 18/06............... My baby got the letter from NVC

Oct 24/06............... Oh, Lord, You are so great! got our packet 3 today!!! yupi!!! early bday present!!!

Oct 30/06............... Mailing away my DS-156, thank you for your blessings, God
