I-134 Supporting evidence questions

I sent my 129-F in early December, and got a part time job by the end of December. I recently graduated, so I don't have any listed income for the 2009 fiscal year. I currently am making about $2400/month (after taxes), and have the pay stubs for it. I will find out if I will be employed full time at the end of March, and hopefully will receive the NOA2 by then. Are the pay stubs alone enough for the I-134, or what other evidence do I need?

On a side note, if that isn't enough for the I-134, I can have my mom be a co-sponsor. Her income is roughly $60k/year. What evidence would we need to support that, and is that sufficient, or do we also need to list assets? If we need assets, then what evidence is needed?

AOS, EAD, AP:

07-22-10 : Sent packet

07-23-10 : Delivered

07-29-10 : NOA1 (all 3)

08-31-10 : Biometrics appt

08-31-10 : I-485 case transferred to CSC

Touched 09-01-10 (I-485 and I-765)

09-03-10 : Transfer hard copy

Touched 09-09-10 (I-485)

09-13-10 : I-765 & I-131 Approved!

Touched 09-17-10 (I-485 and I-765)

09-17-10 : I-512 Received (AP)

09-20-10 : Received EAD

10-21-10 : AOS Card Production

The three most important things are:

-Your latest Tax Returns

-Proof of employment letter

-Pay stubs

We have no had our interview yet, but from the many experiences Ive read from other people, these are the three documents you will need.

If your mom helps you, those are the documents you will need to get from her.

The pay stubs and the letter won't be a problem, but my latest tax returns don't show any income... would they be of any use?

Sounds like you'll definitely need your mother to cosponsor. If you cant prove your income for the last year was more than 125% of poverty level with tax returns and W-2s, you'll be denied. She will need to provide everything listed. Also she will need to provide 4 copies of G-325A Biographical sheet. You need everything listed above and it wouldnt hurt to include the W-2s as well. ;)

Check with people who have gone through Brazil - this varies by consulate. At our interview paycheck stubs and an employer letter were sufficient, but at others they will want to see tax returns. Best thing to do is see what your consulate in particular looks for.
