expedited request denied

i have i360 self-petition (vawa) pending over 15 month (i file on october 2008)im on my 2nd prima facie and my case is 30 days outsid processing time i contact the senator office and she did send expedited request on my case alone with aletter from my counselor and the request has been denied

IS THE BAD im start to panic they say that CASES SUCH AS THIS CAN BE EXPEDITED ONLY IF THE SELF-PETITIONER IS BEING DETAINED ,IF THE SELF-PETITIONER IS IN FEAR OF THEIR LIFE (IS THAT EFFCT MY CASE ON ANY WAY)

i never got any RFE is that mean they going to denied my case alltogther

Senator requests and favors may or may not work to speed up processing. Every VAWA self petitioner is surrounded by fear or some type.

Your request to expedite has been denied, your case is not denied but pending.

No RFE doesn't mean denial, neither it means an approval. You will have to wait patiently.
