both the i-130 and the i-129f has been pending for more than a year and half and every time i call or send an email i get the same answer (background checks ) is there anything i can do to get out of this so call background checks? i am tired of them delaying my case and i need my husband home . what is the address for fbi ? what should i do ?

The background checks for MENA men can take quite a while. The wait gets very frustrating. Keep each other's spirits up during this phase.

ok after calling every single agency in america i received this email few days ago . does that mean they cleared his name ? is it good or we are still stuck in the background checks? is this any good? and was touched the same day and the next day .
