Jan 08: Sing in failed......wow thanks GOD. Jan 11: CASE COMPLETE TOTAL TIME 24 BUSINESS DAYS OR 38 CALENDAR DAYS FOR CASE COMPLETE.

Feb 5: Interview date scheduled. Interview on March 23, 2010

Embassy Journey 1.0

March 23, 2010: Interview date. Wife placed on AP, Baby required new birth cert.

April 21, 2010: Wife out of AP she needs to get an approved I-212 from USCIS, Baby birth cert. issue resolved.

May 10, 2010: Filed form I-212

Sept. 9, 2010: I-212 Approved

i just had my interview today at USEM Manila and i got approved!!! :dance:

now just waiting for the visa to arrive!! Thank God!

congratulations to MsSheka, i saw someone posted that her husband got approved on the 12th.. and to Lji congratulations too.. MQ your next.. and to the rest of my fellow March 2010 interviewees, good luck and God bless!.. bring home the approval!!! :star:

Apologies if I state in a comment that my husband and I have been together for years & years. It's just that I can hardly remember a time when he and I were not together.

Ahhhhhhhhhh!!! We are currently in Administrative Processing with no time-lines to guide us!

My husband is looking at cars in Trinidad for me as his wish has come true! Me a Trini-Wife!

BUT

I will call DoS weekly to check the progress and I will not give up hope.

July of 2011 is the cut off date for us, when I will either start construction on a home here in the US or return to Trinidad to be with my husband.
