ANNOTATION FOR MY 2 YR OLD BABY PASSPORT- sophie passed both her medical and had her visa already im wondering if this will be trouble on her POE

Is that the exact text of the annotation?

Seems it should only indicate either Class A or Class B (TB).

From reading the posted info I would think that she'll be fine at POE as long as you have her clear medical results available. If she was deemed inadmissible then she wouldn't receive a Visa.

I will try verify again with mama but i think it says annotation class a or b ( tb) .. and yes her medical were cleared.. since after skin test after a day or two she get her vaccines. no history of tb or lung trouble ... and she was issued a visa.. her big momma is just so paranoid of everything about all the hurdles we come thru yay!!

Sis..quick question.

About the baby..did you bring her to St luke for her Medical Exam? and do you have to wait in line same as others or they gave you some special consideration since you have a baby in hand.

If she was 'cleared at the medical', then the results will be in the medical package. Remember, tell Big Mama not to OPEN the big sealed envelope - but, and fwiw, if the daughter was 'cleared', that 'clearance' should be in the sealed envelope.

The CBP at the POE should be notified that the 'clearance' is inside the sealed envelope, and that he/she MIGHT NEED to review it, if there is any question.

GOOD LUCK !

With the annotation, and after reading the link http://travel.state.gov/visa/laws/telegrams/telegrams_1440.html Part 5

It sounds like the baby has class A (TB) 'Latent' TB do to the skin test, if any was administered and not class B active (TB) With class A the visa will be issued, do to the fact it's not active but you should follow up with the diagnosed condition. Did she have a skin test at her Med?
