i was wondering if that is needed to be notarized as well?

she have two aunts and one uncle. her two aunts are in California and her uncle live like 6 blocks away from me. i dont have any contact with her aunts. Her uncle was my parents's friend. While visiting her uncle in vn, my mom met my wife and introduced us. well long story short, my parents and her uncle have an argument and stop talking to each other for months now. since her uncle live close to me and was my parents' friend, will this be a big flag? if so, how can i address this issue. I'm afraid her uncle will do something to ruin the process like telling them its a fraud. her uncle disowned her...

notarize anything that can be notarized if you can get it done for free at the bank.. it won't hurt...

In our case, we only sent immediate family (in our case, his sister) on that petitioner relative list...With that, we also provided the family registration, birth cert, and LA driver's license...

IMO, it will be a red flag that her uncle lives close by and knew your parents, even if he did disown her...
