Hi there, thanks for the response...that will help me a lot on my checklist...a couple of questions if you don't mind..

1. all the documents that my fiancee will be sending to me won't be submitted until the interview...is that right?

2. What are the fees? Can my fiance pay it in the US or should I pay it here in the Philippines?

3. Is there a dress code for the interview?

I really need all the help I can get....thanks again

1. all the documents that my fiancee will be sending to me won't be submitted until the interview...is that right? That is correct. The only exception may be if you need to use the NOA2 to get in for your medical.

2. What are the fees? Can my fiance pay it in the US or should I pay it here in the Philippines? Paid in the Philippines

Fees for K visa since you are using I-134:

Visa fee $131 paid in that days PHP exchange rate

Medical fee - $213.35 paid in PHP

Air 21 - 150 to 250 PHP

CFO 400 + 250 PHP

Travel and food ????

Is there a dress code for the interview? No, as long as your are dressed decently. You will see people dressed from t-shirt and blue jeans to a nice dress or lady's suit.

Welcome!

1. Yes though you have to bring also a copy of NOA2/NVC letter/Interview Appointment Confirmation e-mail during medical exam (bring at least Php10500 for the medical fee payable at SLEC, plus passport and 2x2 photos) but that's just about it.

2. I'm not sure if it's still the same but during my time (October 2009), the fee for visa processing was $131, payable only in Php at BDO branches plus Php200+ for the Air21 delivery of the pasport/visa packet.

3. I don't think there's a dress code. Just make sure you are presentable. Maybe wear a pair of slacks and a decent blouse or something.

Anyways, goodluck!!!
